HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED AND CONSISTENT
Studying Sucks. Do you think so? Every time I get motivated to study, I end up wasting my time fantasizing about the false luxuries and comforts of my future life. I start imagining my life after I have become successful, even after knowing the fact that I can achieve nothing without hard work and not just by fantasizing.
It all starts up when I make my study time-table for a particular day. Everything goes according to the schedule until it's the time for my 15 mins break. Now this 15 min break stretches for an hour or even more, and that's where I lose my continuity.

But these were some of my problems. Are you finding something relatable??
If your answer is yes, then why not read it further so that you can sort it out? but
If your answer is no, then you are really exceptional because these problems are faced by even the brilliant one' s[though on a shorter level]. Well, maybe you will find something helpful further.
The most important thing during studies is HOW TO BE CONSISTENT? or HOW TO STICK TO YOUR TIME ROUTINE? Although I can't give you some instant pro tips on how to be consistent, I have still a lot to share...
The greatest leaders and personalities all over the world have become successful by being consistent and there are many stories of success with consistency. So two ingredients are of utmost importance. Blending your hard work and sheer determination with your patience along with continuous improvements can help you a lot.

There are other important factors too that can benefit you-
- STAY AWAY FROM YOUR DISTRACTIONS-Avoid any kind of distractions, especially your mobile phone. The distractions caused by your mobile phone during studies are one of the biggest ones that can change your mood and can seriously affect your brainpower and concentration. According to the study published in the journal Computers in Human Behaviors, cell phones tends to reduce attention and memory. Just a single click on a notification on Facebook or Instagram can kill your time to a great extent and can keep you involved in it. So stay away from such distractions.

- APPLYING THE CORRECT STRATEGY DURING BREAKS-Taking small breaks between studies can help you a lot as it increases your concentration and keeps you activated. This method can be very useful only when applied in the right way. Most of the people find it difficult to resume their studies after the break and lose their consistency. This problem arises only when you keep yourself engaged in an activity that is either too tiring or something that increases your mental pressure or diverts your attention from studies. So the best method is to find out a more refreshing activity during the break. This could be anything, either a brisk walk or a small nap or whatever that keeps you refreshed.
- STUDY IN SMALL SHIFTS-It is easier to study 6 hours a day in small shifts of 2 hours, than studying continuously for 6 hours. This method is more effective as it doesn't create any sort of pressure on the mind. Try to increase the hours in your shift slowly and this would increase your overall study hours.
- DON'T LISTEN TO THE TRICKY SIGNALS-Many among us lose their continuity only because they get fooled by their mind. This is the problem that even I face during my studies. After a certain period of time, I receive certain tricky signals from my brain such as "You have covered more than enough topics" and"That's all for today, you can resume later" etc. Such messages can easily keep anyone off from studying. So don't listen to such messages and study effectively.

There are tons of videos on Youtube that can keep you motivated, but don't you think so that you need something that can keep you motivated anytime anywhere without being dependent on the mobile phone? So here are my few tips on HOW TO BE SELF-MOTIVATED.........
The easiest way of being motivated is to think about your success. The more good you will think about your future, the more efforts you are gonna put it into to achieve it. This method might be dangerous as it can sometimes waste your time and can keep you hooked into Day Dreaming, but this method helps a lot.
Another method of being self-motivated is to think about your competitors. Just think how hard they might be studying at the present when you are wasting your precious time. Every second you procrastinate, you increase the possibility of your failure and their success. This feeling will definitely keep you motivated.
Another method of being motivated is thinking about your failure. Well, this seems quite scary and frustrating but it helps a lot. Thinking about the regret that you would feel after you have lost the opportunity is better than actually feeling it. The fear of failure would definitely drive you into studying.
Finally, think about your parents and your family, who are giving their best to provide you with quality education so that you can stand on your own and can face the future. Your mother's smile and your dad's pride should be your greatest motivation.

So these were some of the techniques of self-motivation. Thinking about all four during studies can easily keep you motivated.
Now, moving on to my question that DOES STUDYING REALLY SUCKS?so the answer is YES, IT DOES but not more than that regret and lamentation that you would be feeling after you have lost the opportunity. Two-three years later when you will look at your old books you would feel the pain, that if I would have studied effectively at that time, then my life would have been different.
SO STOP PROCRASTINATING AND STUDY HARD!!!!!
